What is the Senior Portrait shipping policy?

A.

Our Senior Portrait shipping policy states that we will ship the package within 4 to 6 weeks using USPS.

Q.

I wanted to purchase a portrait package but didn't get my payment in on time. Can I still get a package of pictures?

A.

If a retake date is available at your school, Strawbridge Studios will retake your photo (Fall only). Simply bring the envelope with you on retake day and give it to the photographer. If a retake date is not available at your school, or if the retake day is past, often we are able to produce a package for you. We add an additional $10.00 handling charge to the package price. This fee also includes mailing your package directly to your home. You can expect delivery of your portraits in 3 - 4 weeks. All you need to do is mail your envelope with payment and the additional $10.00 to:

What if I think my package is wrong or incomplete?

A.

If your package is wrong or incomplete, we will gladly correct it! Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-624-6229. Please have the package readily available for reference.

Q.

I purchased a portrait package, but my check was returned for insufficient funds. What should I do?

A.

Please call (800) 326-9080 or (919) 286-9512 and ask for our Collections Department.

Q.

What if I want a refund?

A.

We're sorry you are unhappy with your portraits. To receive a refund, simply return your entire package within two weeks to Strawbridge Studios at the address at the bottom left of your portrait package. Please mark the envelope Attention: Refund Department.

Q.

I would like to place an order online. Is that possible?

A.

At this time, online ordering is only available for select programs. If your program is eligible, you should have received a password inside your proof envelope.
