Q. I would like to place an order online. Is that possible?
A.  If online ordering is available in your area, you will be notified by your school.

Q. I would like to order additional portraits online. Is that possible?
A. Yes. Simply click order online and type in the code found on your portrait envelope.

Q.   I wanted to purchase a portrait package but didn’t get my payment in on time. Can I still get a package of pictures?
A.   If a retake date is available at your school, Strawbridge Studios will retake your photo (Fall only). Simply bring the envelope with you on retake day and give it to the photographer. If a retake date is not available at your school, or if the retake day is past, often we are able to produce a package for you. We add an additional $10.00 handling charge to the package price which includes mailing your package directly to your home. You can expect delivery of your portraits in 3 – 4 weeks. Simply mail your envelope with payment and the additional $10.00 to:

Q.   What if I think my package is wrong or incomplete?
A. If your package is wrong or incomplete, we will gladly correct it! Please call our Customer Service Department at 866-624-6229 and have the package readily available for reference.

Q.   I purchased a portrait package, but my check was returned for insufficient funds. What should I do?
A. Please call 800-326-9080 or 919-286-9512 and ask for our Collections Department.

Q. What if I want a refund?
A. We’re sorry you are unhappy with your portraits. To receive a refund, simply return your entire package within two weeks to Strawbridge Studios at the address shown at the bottom left of your portrait package. Please mark the envelope Attention: Refund Department.

Q. How long do you retain my child’s portrait?
A. We usually keep images available for 6 months.
