        Include things like: color preferences, favorite fonts, design styles (cartoony, realistic, etc.), inspirations (movies, music, etc.), and any other details you can provide for us to bring your cover to life.

        Standard

        We have a great selection of Standard Cover choices available, including many with variable color options and/or the ability to add your school logo or mascot. Scroll down and click “View Standard Covers” to see our online gallery. (We also have a set of Standard Cover options specifically geared toward faith-based schools available to view here.)

        Student Artwork

        Utilizing student artwork is a great way to represent your school and involve students in the yearbook process. Use their artwork as the entirety of your yearbook cover, or employ one of our pre-made thematic templates that can display multiple pieces of art both front and back.         We accept both digital submissions (preferred) and hard copy artwork.  Email us at yearbook.support@strawbridge.net for further instructions on how to submit.

        Custom

        Let your imagination run wild and create a masterpiece! We can work with most file types, including designs created in programs like Adobe InDesign or online software like Canva. Or if you prefer, you can provide us with your direction and ideas, and our professional designers will come up with a Custom design for you, free of charge!

        Please contact us prior to design for sizing & format requirements and/or software template files. If we will be creating the design for you, we recommend filling out this form and conferring with your Yearbook Representative to detail your vision.

        Mosaic

        Use your students’ individual Fall portraits on any photo of your choice, like your school, your mascot, a drawing, or even custom artwork to create a beautiful mosaic design.

        Our Yearbook Planning Guide is designed as a roadmap to help advisors navigate the yearbook process. The kit is full of important information and planning materials, including sale tips, a ladder diagram, color swatches, and more!

        The Final Submission Form is the ticket to getting your yearbook sent to press. This will be your last chance to make any adjustments on the number of books ordered, so please make sure you fill out this form and submit it after reviewing your book proof and ensuring any necessary corrections have been made.
